Big Green Bus HSV
  • ​Any child ages 2 - 2nd Grade may participate.
  • Student must be enrolled at participating school to register for BGB class.
  • Classes are 30 minutes long, once a week, four times a month.
  • Students will receive a BGB t-shirt.
Class Fees​

  • Tuition for the 2023-2024 School Year is $58 per month.

  • Annual Registration Fee is $30 and covers September 2023 - August 2024

  • Fall/Spring Session pricing will be consistent with pricing for monthly tuition. 

  • Make checks payable to Big Green Bus HSV.

  • Online payments are accepted via the Parent Portal. 

Procedures

  • All students will be required to wash their hands before leaving their classroom.

  • BGB will do temperature checks before a student leaves their classroom.

  • Upon entering BGB, students will remove their shoes and then use hand sanitizer.

  • Students will wash their hands when they re-enter their classroom.

  • All equipment will be sanitized in-between classes.​

Policies

  • If you wish to drop your child from class, written notice must be given before the first of the month.

  • Payment is due by the 1st day of the month.

  • A late fee of $15 is charged for nonpayment after the 12th day of the month.

  • If payment is not received by the 20th day of the month, your child may not be allowed to participate in class.

  • A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.

  • Refunds will not be issued for unused tuition. Credits may be applied towards Special Events such as Birthday Parties within 1 year.

  • If your child is absent the day Big Green Bus HSV comes to your school, full monthly tuition is still due.

  • If the school is closed on scheduled school day due to any reason, classes will not be made-up. 

  • Make-ups will be issued for pre-paid classes if Big Green Bus HSV is unable to attend the regularly scheduled class due to unforeseeable events.

  • If a student is unable to attend school due to sickness they may not attend BGB class. If a child is showing signs of sickness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, productive cough, rashes of unknown origin, conjunctivitis, strep throat, impetigo, scabies, ringworms, head lice, infected open sores, etc) they may not attend BGB class at the discretion of the instructor and the parent will be notified. Please send a notification if a student is scheduled to attend BGB class and has a listed ailment that has been cleared by the doctor to return to school.
